Buying or selling a home is personal, and Victoria Beliso believes the representation should be personal too. Her approach combines direct communication, practical market knowledge and experienced negotiation with hands-on service from the first conversation through closing.
A true Los Angeles native, Victoria has spent her life in Southern California and has lived in San Gabriel, Toluca Lake and Valencia. Her experience in Valencia gives her a useful local perspective on the Santa Clarita Valley — from neighborhood differences and commuting patterns to the way newer master-planned communities compare with established areas nearby.
Victoria has worked full-time in real estate since 2008. Her goal is to help clients make thoughtful decisions that support both the life they want now and the long-term value of the property they choose, whether they are buying new construction, purchasing a resale home, selling, downsizing or investing.

Long before real estate, Victoria's story was already distinctly Southern California. She grew up around the entertainment world, spent time dancing down Main Street U.S.A. as a Disney Mouseketeer, competed internationally in baton twirling, and earned national and world championship titles.
That background required preparation, discipline and the ability to perform under pressure. Those same qualities matter in real estate — whether preparing a home for market, negotiating an offer, comparing builder incentives or keeping a complicated escrow moving when important decisions need to be made quickly.
Much of Victoria's business comes from repeat clients and referrals. Those relationships are built through personal involvement, clear communication and the belief that clients should work directly with the professional they hired rather than being passed from one person to another.
