Tesoro Highlands is a newer hilltop master-planned community rising above Tesoro del Valle in the Valencia area of Santa Clarita. Spread across approximately 1,270 acres, the community combines gated neighborhoods, large detached homes, dedicated active-adult enclaves, scenic open space and an extensive trail network in one elevated setting.
The community was planned for roughly 820 homes across about 11 neighborhoods, with Lennar and Toll Brothers responsible for the major home collections. Some neighborhoods are now complete or nearly complete, while current new-home opportunities remain in collections such as Arches, Montilla, Sierra Bella, Bella Terra and Alta Monte.
Tesoro Highlands is especially unusual because it serves more than one stage of life. Tesoro Highlands is not a one-size-fits-all new-home community. Sierra Bella emphasizes active-adult living and manageable layouts, while Arches and Montilla offer substantially larger family and multigenerational plans. Toll Brothers pushes the scale even further with luxury single-story and two-story residences on larger homesites.
